I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was fantastic and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were quite small and cold in the evenings. The dining options were limited and overpriced, but the proximity to attractions and public transport was a definite plus.

I stayed at this hostel in a great location near Leidseplein, just 2 minutes walking away. The rooms, although on the small side as I was in the 4th-floor attic with old windows that offered little soundproofing, were small but comfortable and had all we needed. The service was a bit mixed, with some staff being helpful and informative but lacking warmth overall. The dining experience was hit or miss, with packed items and limited options, but there was freshly baked European bread. The hostel's proximity to Vondelpark and two trams that go everywhere was a bonus, although it was adjacent to a noisy area with a lot of activity.

The hotel is in a lovely area, close to Vondelpark and a short walk to Leidseplein. The rooms, although small for a non-smoking hotel, were nicely modern and kept clean throughout my stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with taxis and local information. Dining options were somewhat limited, but the nearby restaurants made up for it.
